Terms of service

Dr. Commish is owned and operated by Savage Vibe LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Savage Vibe LLC; where they say Dr. Commish does or may do something, that means Savage Vibe LLC acting through the service.

Dr. Commish is unfinished. It will break, change and occasionally lose data. A league may be reset, a feature removed or the beta ended with little notice. Do not treat it as the only record of your league’s rules, fines or trophies; keep your own.

It reads your ESPN fantasy football league and builds standings, history, a rulebook, a fines ledger, trophies, draft grades and drafted posts from that. It never writes to your league: no trades, no lineup changes, no messages sent on your behalf. Dr. Commish is not affiliated with ESPN. How your ESPN session is stored and deleted is in the privacy policy.

You confirm that you are a commissioner of every league you connect, or have that commissioner’s permission. Connecting a league brings in information about the other managers: names, team names, records, dues, fines and whatever nicknames and running jokes you add. You are responsible for having your league’s agreement to that.

You can give your managers their own way in: enter an address on the Managers page and Dr. Commish emails that manager a personal link. It opens the league’s page (standings, fines, trophies, the constitution and the recaps you publish), lets them put questions to The Doc and lets them file a challenge flag. The link does not expire, and anyone holding it can act as that manager, so only enter addresses you have been given, and reset a manager’s access from the Managers page if a link ends up somewhere it should not.

An answer from The Doc or a ruling can be shared by its own link, and anyone with that link can read it without signing in. Share accordingly.

The weekly recap, the kick-off note and custom posts are written by an AI model from a brief assembled out of your league’s data, the nicknames and running jokes you entered, and the tone you chose. They are drafts. They can be wrong, unfair or hurtful, and the merciless tone is designed to sting.

Dr. Commish sends nothing anywhere. You read every draft, edit it, and decide whether to paste it into your group chat or publish it to your league’s page, where every manager you have sent a link can read it. Once you do, you are its publisher, and the words are yours: to your league and under the law. Do not paste what you have not read.

Some of what The Doc writes has no draft step. Answers to managers’ questions, rulings on challenge flags and the weekly rivalry previews go straight to the managers who can see them, without you reading them first. They are written from your league’s data and constitution and can still be wrong. A ruling is advisory until you adopt or override it, and you remain responsible for what your league does with any of it.

Keep each manager’s off-limits list current. If someone asks you to stop, stop: retire their running jokes, remove the nickname, take the post down. Do not use Dr. Commish to harass, humiliate or discriminate against anyone, and do not feed it material about people who are not in your league.

Use it for your own fantasy league. Do not load ESPN credentials that are not yours, try to reach another league’s data, scrape or resell what it produces, or probe it for weaknesses without asking first. If you find a security problem, tell support@drcommish.com and give a reasonable time to fix it.

What you enter stays yours. You give Dr. Commish permission to store and process it in order to run the service, and Savage Vibe LLC may read league data and drafted posts to fix bugs and improve the prompts, treating it as private. Deleting your account removes every league only you could reach; the privacy policy explains the rest.

Dr. Commish is provided as is, with no promise that it is accurate, available or fit for anything in particular. To the extent the law allows, Savage Vibe LLC is not liable for lost data, for disputes in your league, or for anything you choose to publish. Standings and grades are computed from ESPN’s data and can be wrong; the constitution’s decisions are yours, not the software’s.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them, or about Dr. Commish, is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Dr. Commish may suspend or remove an account or a league that breaks these terms, or any account when the beta ends.

These terms will change as the beta does. When a change matters, you will be asked to read and accept the new version before you can carry on. The version and date are at the top of this page.
